Common questions from packing & logistics teams.

It depends on your label material and how much the label needs to withstand. Wax suits general paper labels, resin suits synthetic labels needing scratch and chemical resistance, and wax-resin sits between the two. Send us your label stock and application and we’ll confirm the right match.
Most callouts are scheduled within the same week, with priority slots for lines that are fully stopped. Many faults can also be talked through and fixed remotely.
Yes — we supply and service the major industrial and desktop thermal printer brands used across packing and logistics operations.
In most cases, yes. Our labelling software integrates with common WMS, ERP and weighing systems, and we handle the setup as part of the licensing package.
We work with both one-off and ongoing orders. For regular consumable use we can also set up a simple reorder schedule.
