We process contact form submissions on the basis of legitimate interest — responding to enquiries you have voluntarily submitted. We use Google Analytics on the basis of legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website; no personally identifying data is processed for this purpose.

Contact form enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and are then deleted or archived in line with normal business record-keeping practice. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.
