The Machine
Not a label we sell — a printer we set up.
If you pack fruit, garlic or onions into net bags, you’ll know the wineglass-shaped label clipped onto the neck of the bag as it comes off the netting machine. That label is printed by a thermal printer built directly into the clipping machine itself — and getting that printer configured correctly is a specialist job, not a standard printer setup.
Why It’s Difficult
A setup most engineers won't have seen before.
Printers integrated into clipping and netting machines run on a completely different cycle to a standard label printer — timed to the clip, feeding an irregular wineglass-shaped tag rather than a straight label run, and synchronised with a fast-moving mechanical process. Get the setup wrong and you get skewed prints, missed clips, or a machine that won’t run at speed.
This is a setup we specialise in. We know how to configure the printer, sensors and timing on these machines correctly, so your clipping line runs at the speed it’s meant to — not the speed a badly-set-up printer forces it to.
