Notice to all customers running Toshiba SX5 printers.
The SX5 has been end-of-life for some time, and as of this June, Toshiba has discontinued support and key consumables for it entirely. We can still source some parts, but print heads are no longer available at all — if yours fails, there is currently no way to replace it.
If you’re running an SX5, now’s the time to plan your move to a current model rather than wait for a failure to force the decision.
Current TEC printers available:
- 4" TEC BX410T — 200 or 300 dpi
- 6" TEC BX620T — 200 or 300 dpi
